GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed in India are shipped to by safe and reliable courier companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders via highly safe and secure PayU Money Payment Gateway. We also offer COD at an extra cost.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING DETAILS

We will send an email confirming your order. We will share the courier tracking details with you on the customer provided email address while placing the order.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of all taxes.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days unless mentioned in the respective product details. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you need to exchange or return the product, then just send us an email at hi@thehouseofloom.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours with the procedure.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

You must inform us within 30 days from the purchase date of the product. The product must be unused and unwashed for it to be accepted. Please send us an email to hi@thehouseofloom.com with order no and attach an image of the product purchased. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the products to the following address :

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. The House Of Loom will borne the charges for the delivery of the corrected product to you.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

The House Of Loom reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the The House Of Loom products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
